C2 Speaking Exam via Videoconferencing

Dear All,
Below you can find the time slot for your oral exam. Note that there can be delays, so please be patient and wait in the waiting area until you are allowed to get in the room. Five minutes before your turn, click on the Google Meet link to the videoconference, which you will have received on 4 June in the morning.  Allow the use of both camera and microphone. Once you are in the room, you will be asked if you want to be recorded. Remember that if you refuse and then you are not pleased with your result, you will not have the possibility of asking for a revision. When the recording starts, you need to say your name and that you would like to be recorded. If you want to make sure that I have your correct email in order to send you the link to the videoconference, you can email it to me.

PROCEDURE:

To make it easier for everybody I have these suggestions:

1. Click on the link five minutes before your appointment.

2. Wait in the waiting area until you are granted permission to access the room.

3. Once in the room we are going to greet one another. (Should you have any problems getting connected, please send me an email)

4. Recording will start.

5. Say your name, C2 level and that you would like to be recorded.

6. The oral exam starts.

7. When the exam is over, you can leave the room.
8. If you have headphones , the sound quality will be better.

Please note that the following list can suffer changes. Please check it again before the oral exam.
