a. Extracurricular: /ˌekstrəkəˈrɪkjʊlə/. E.g. She's involved in many extra-curricular activities.


b. Beneficial: /ˌbenɪˈfɪʃl/ E.g. A good diet is beneficial to health.


c. Opinionated: /əˈpɪnjəneɪtɪd/ having very strong opinions that you are not willing to change. E.g. I've never met anyone so arrogant and opinionated. An impossibly bumptious and opinionated ass (a stupid person)
Impossibly: it was difficult to believe that he could be so bumptious (/ˈbʌmpʃəs/ showing that you think that you are very important; often giving your opinions in a loud, confident and annoying way)

e. Compulsive: /kəmˈpʌlsɪv/ not being able to control their behaviour. E.g. a compulsive drinker/gambler/liar.


f. Apparent: /əˈpærənt/ obvious. E.g. Then, for no apparent reason, the train suddenly stopped.


g. innovators: (innovator /ˈɪnəveɪtə(r)/)


h. constraints (constraint: /kənˈstreɪnt/ restriction. E.g. This decision will impose serious constraints on all schools.
build into: to make something a permanent part of a system, plan, etc. E.g. A certain amount of flexibility is built into the system.


i. consumption: /kənˈsʌmpʃn/ 


j. domesticity: /dəʊmeˈstɪsəti/ /ˌdɒmeˈstɪsəti/ home or family life. E.g. an atmosphere of happy domesticity. A life of domesticity and motherhood.

m. irreplaceable: too valuable or special to be replaced. E.g. These pictures are irreplaceable.

Compounds
 
inconclusive: /ˌɪnkənˈkluːsɪv/ not leading to a definite decision or result. E.g. inconclusive evidence/results/tests. Inconclusive discussions. A coalition government was formed following an inconclusive general election.

outcome: the result or effect of an action or event. E.g. We are waiting to hear the final outcome of the negotiations.

barely: /ˈbeəli/ in a way that is just possible but only with difficulty. E.g. He could barely read and write.

roadworthy: /ˈrəʊdwɜːði/ in a safe condition to drive. E.g. it was still roadworthy.
