Think of witty captions for famous paintings
1. For each painting read the caption before looking at the painting.
2. How would you say it in English?
3. Predict the painting. Can you think of a painting that would depict this caption?
4. Look at the painting.
5. Laugh, clap, whistle, cheer...or boo.
5. Make up another caption about the same painting. You are allowed to be creative... and above all witty!
6. Add a caption to other given paintings
7. Finally, think of a painting you know well and make up a caption to go with it.
