Objective Proficiency p 37. Writing: Proposal for a Food Fair. Extra Writing

You are a committee member of a local charity which is concerned about the poor. In order to raise funds you are thinking of organising a Food Fair. You think the local Council should also be involved in organising and funding this event. The charity's chairman has asked you to write a proposal to your town's Mayor describing what the event is going to consist of and asking for the Town Hall's involvement and funding.
You should include a detailed description of the variety of food and dishes and cooking styles that will be present at this fair making it as appealing as possible in order to persuade the Mayor. You can use vocabulary from here, here, here and here.
